Terms and Conditions

Offer Details: The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to The Luxe Give Giveaway Offer  which entitles customers who shop for INR 10,000 (paid amount) or above to stand a chance to get a gift voucher worth Rs. 1,000/- (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”). 10 Gift Vouchers worth Rs. 1,000/- every hour will be awarded to eligible customers. 

  
Specific Terms & Conditions of the Offer:    

  • The Offer is open only to registered customers of ‘Permitted Platforms’ who are Indian citizens and eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the transaction (‘Eligible customer’) and who carry out Eligible Transaction on Permitted Platforms and complete the entry process (“Entry”). The term “Permitted Platforms” means TUL’s mobile and web platforms called “Tata Cliq Luxury” (which excludes Tata CLiQ Fashion and Tata CLiQ Palette). This offer is NOT VALID on electronics, Jewellery, and watches category. The term “Eligible Transaction” means a single transaction carried out by Eligible customer for INR 10,000 or above during the Offer Period, i.e., between November 22, 2025, from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs. (“Offer period”). The amount for Eligible Transaction shall be reckoned after redemption of all coupons, promotions, applicable bank offers etc. availed by the Eligible customer at the time of checkout.  Only completed transactions on the Permitted Platforms will be considered as Eligible Transactions. Accordingly, transactions which are cancelled or returned or refunded, or for which payment is not received for any reason whatsoever, including payment failure, COD failure, transactions for which chargeback claim is raised or payment or transaction is disputed shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions. Further, transactions which are regarded as suspicious or fraudulent by TUL / sellers or determined by TUL to be done with an intent to misuse or abuse the Permitted Platforms or misuse a lawful process or done for wrongful gain or to cause loss to TUL shall also not be considered as Eligible Transactions 

Eligibility:  

  • An Eligible Customer needs to complete Eligible Transaction during the offer Period.  

  • Every Eligible Customer shall be entitled to participate in the Offer only once during the Offer Period, despite completing more than one Eligible Transaction during the Offer Period.  

Selection of Winners:  

  • For every hour of the Offer Period, ten  Eligible Customer who has caried out an Eligible Transaction during that hour will be selected as a Winner based on Electronic Draw (as defined hereafter). The winners of the Offer will be selected by TUL from amongst the pool of Eligible Customers for each hour of the Offer Period, by using a random system determined algorithm, or any other objective method deployed by TUL, in its sole and absolute discretion (‘Electronic Draw’). 

  • The Winners will be selected based on available data of successful Entries in TUL’s database generated for the Offer Period on November 22, 2025, from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs. The Winners will be declared by TUL after the completion of the Offer Period, at a time determined by TUL. 

  • Additionally, TUL reserves the rght to make a public announcement, announcing the winners on the Permitted Platforms, or in any manner (including, without limitation, social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X), as it deems appropriate (“Applicable Media”). Acceptance of the Reward by the Winners constitutes permission for TUL to use the Winner’s name, photograph, audio-visual likeness, responses to questionnaires (“Winner Publicity Material”) in the Applicable Media in their original or edited format as part of its public announcement for promoting Tata CLiQ, without further notification, remuneration, compensation and/or any monetary and non-monetary emoluments and the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Winner Publicity Material shall vest solely with TUL.   

Reward and Availment: 

  • The Reward of the Offer is an entitlement  to receive a TATA CLiQ Luxury Gift Voucher worth Rs. 1,000/- 

  • No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of the Reward, or any portion thereof, is possible or permitted by the Winner.  

  • If a product ordered by a Winner using the Reward is returned as undeliverable or refused, such Reward will be forfeited and TUL shall have no responsibility to grant the Reward to the Winner at any point of time thereafter. TUL shall have no liability or responsibility to compensate or remunerate the Winner in any manner whatsoever and all privileges of the Winner under this Offer shall be forfeited.  

  • No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of the Reward, or any portion thereof, is possible or permitted by the Winner.  

  • TUL shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Winner who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not, for any reason, accept the Reward or any part thereof. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of the Reward are solely the winners’ responsibility.   

  • TUL makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the products purchased using the Reward, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. 

Tax Liabilities: Nil 

Notification of Winners:  

  • The Winners will be notified of their selection via email, WhatsApp, or phone call after the return window for their purchase has closed. Every Winner would be required to complete verification process as mentioned below and accept and avail the Reward. 

  • The notification will include the gift voucher details such as card number and card PIN.  

  • The gift voucher awarded to the winner will be valid for a limited period, with specific redemption details included in the communication sent to the winner.    

  • The offer is valid on Tata CLiQ Luxury and not applicable for Tata CLiQ Fashion and Tata CLiQ Palette mobile and web platforms.        

  • Each customer can avail of the offer only once and in a single purchase during the offer period.  

Winner Verification:   

TUL may, in its sole discretion, require the winners to prove eligibility and verify his or her identity and address. If a Winner (or any Winner) is unable to prove eligibility within the time given and/or in the event of non-acceptance of Reward or no response for continuous period of 7 (seven) days by Winner (or alternate winner), such Winner (or alternate Winner) shall be disregarded and his /her Reward shall be forfeited, and all privileges otherwise due as a Winner shall be terminated and an alternate winner will be chosen from among all of the remaining Eligible Customers using the same method of Electronic Draw. 

Liability Release and Indemnity:   

By entering the Offer, Eligible Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, TUL from any and all liability, for any claims, damages, injuries or losses of any kind, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding arising out of, in connection with, or relating to, (i) participation in the Offer (ii) without limitation, property damage, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Reward, (iii) defamation, violation or infringement of publicity rights/ intellectual property rights or invasion of privacy in connection with the Offer or acceptance and use or the Reward.  

No demands can be raised or brought against TUL due to non-adherence or non-responsiveness or misinterpretations of these Terms and Conditions by the Eligible Customers. Eligible Customers release and waive TUL from all claims and demand in respect of this Offer arising due to aforesaid reasons. 

General Terms & Conditions:     

  • Participation in the offer is voluntary and free. Products can be purchased on Tata CLiQ Luxury without the requirement to participate in this offer.    

  • Participation in the offer will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the offer and participants are advised not to participate in the Offer if such Terms & Conditions are not acceptable.    

  • Tata Unistore Limited (TUL) is not charging anything from the customer for their participation in the Offer.   

  • Eligible Customers agree that any personal data or information submitted by them as part of their entry into the offer and for winner verification, including name, gender, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by TUL, its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the Offer is subject to TUL’s Privacy Policy, located at https://www.tatacliq.com/privacy-policy.  

  • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.   

  • TUL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter/change and/or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion.    

  • The customer unequivocally and irrevocably agrees that in case of any dispute, the decision of TUL will be final and binding.   
    Whosoever participating in the offer is deemed to be 18 years of age or more and is also of a sound mind.    

  • The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matter or dispute relating to TUL.    

  • This offer/scheme shall be subjected to all applicable central/or state laws, rules and regulations.    

  • Any defects in goods or deficiency in services, or any claims, issues, damages or losses arising therefrom with respect to the products/services purchased by the customer is sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer/seller or the service provider.   
    The customer agrees that TUL shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information provided is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. TUL makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the customer(s) and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to efficacy, accuracy, timelines, and completeness for any particular purpose.   

  • The participating customers to the extent permissible in law, shall not make any claims against TUL, (including but not limited to its subsidiaries,  employees, agents , representatives, directors and/or its affiliates) arising out of or relating to any kind of losses, damages, costs or injuries of any kind incurred by the Customers in accessing or participating in the offer due to any problems caused by technical disruption and/or failure, server problems or any other difficulties.    

  • In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any flyers, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
