1. Festive Celebrations– Breakfast Inclusive stay is valid for bookings from 4th December 2025 to 22nd December 2025 for stays till 31st March 2026. Subject to availability at the participating hotels in India only.
2. The offer is valid for participating hotels of Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway and Vivanta in India only.
3. This Offer is not valid for all International hotels, Taj Safaris, Tree of Life, Ginger hotels & amã Stays & Trails
4. The offer is inclusive of accommodation, daily buffet breakfast, standard wi-fi and applicable taxes extra.
5. This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate, including third-party rates.
6. Reservations must be booked on the Festivals Celebrations Offer page to avail of the benefits.
7. Limited rooms are available at the offer. Blackout dates may apply.
8. Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
9. Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
10. Reservations exceeding 1 room on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, the group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
11. Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only on their eligible spends on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other medium will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
12. Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per the Terms and Conditions.
13. All the Terms and Conditions of the NeuPass Loyalty program, as available on https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/neupass/ will apply.
14. In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
15. The reservation may be modified as per the predefined policy only. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.
16. This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate, including third-party / AMEX vouchers.
17. The offer is offered at the sole discretion of IHCL and the terms and conditions can be altered at the sole discretion of IHCL.
18. Customers will receive the IHCL voucher only after successful delivery of their Tata CLiQ Luxury order and completion of the return window.
