- Winners will be determined based on the total purchase value of watches purchased between 10th – 12th October 2025.
- The offer is valid from 00:00 hrs on 10th October 2025 to 23:59 hrs on 12th October 2025 (IST). Purchases made outside this period will not be considered.
- The giveaway watches will be dispatched only after the return window for the purchased watches has closed.
- Winners will be announced on 20th October 2025.
- In the event of order cancellations or returns, the next highest spender will become eligible for the giveaway.
- The Tata CLiQ Luxury team reserves all rights to determine and declare the winners. For any queries or concerns, please reach out to our Customer Care team.
- Giveaway watches will be selected from the brands Invicta and Mathey Tissot by the Tata CLiQ Luxury team.
- Purchase Criteria:
Only successful, paid, and delivered orders will be considered for winner selection. Orders placed using store credits, gift cards, or refunded payments will not qualify.
- Non-transferable Reward:
The giveaway watches are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
- Communication of Winners:
Winners will be notified via registered email and/or phone number associated with their Tata CLiQ Luxury account.
- Disqualification Rights:
Tata CLiQ Luxury reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activities during the offer period.
- Modification & Cancellation:
Tata CLiQ Luxury reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel the giveaway or its Terms & Conditions without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
