  • The minimum order value to avail this discount is ₹20,000 

  • Max discount that can be availed is ₹5,000 

  • Offer is valid for multiple redemptions per customer during the offer period. 

  • Offer is available on select products. Offer is not valid on Tata CLiQ Luxury Gift Cards, Brand Gift Cards, Insurance Products, other electronic products, TATA CLiQ Fashion and TATA CLiQ Palette.

TUL makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the customer(s) and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to efficacy, accuracy, timelines, and completeness for any particular purpose. 

  • The participating customers to the extent permissible in law, shall not make any claims against TUL, (including but not limited to its subsidiaries,  employees, agents , representatives, directors and/or its affiliates) arising out of or relating to any kind of losses, damages, costs or injuries of any kind incurred by the Customers in accessing or participating in the offer due to any problems caused by technical disruption and/or failure, server problems or any other difficulties. 

In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any flyers, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
