1. The promo will be valid from 8^th December- 20th of December’23.

2. Brand will bear expense from beginning of Trek in Leh to end of Trek in Leh. Customer will have to reach Leh on their own.

3. Permits and Health checkup for the trek to be sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Trek will be organised in mid of January 2024 (tentative), Final dates or any change of dates will be communicated to the participants.

5. The offer is valid on each purchase of INR 60,000 or above. Offer will not hold in case order value after returns is less than INR 60,000.

7. Trek Insurance to be managed by the customer itself.

8. Brand will not be responsible for any personal expense made during the trek.

9. Brand does not organise the trek directly. Brand will be hiring a third party. Hence, brand won't be responsible for any dispute between the participant and trek organiser.

10. Itinerary and trek inclusions will be provided by the trek organiser itself.

11. Participant should be donning Columbia merchandise from head to toe throughout the journey.

12. Modification of Terms: Chogori India Retail Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms.

13. In case of dispute, it’s up to the sole discretion of Chogori India Retail Ltd.(CIRL) for further course of action. All disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

14. This event is fully sponsored by Chogori India Retail Ltd.(CIRL). Tata Unistore Ltd. is not related to or sponsoring this event and shall not bear any responsibility or liability in relation to or arising out of this event.
