REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Tata CLiQ LUXURY, we cherish your preferences and are dedicated to delivering an unparalleled shopping experience. We recognize that, there may be instances where a product may fall short of your expectations or necessitate replacement for diverse reasons.

Replacements are exclusively offered for a curated selection of brands and products. For the latest details on product replacement, we encourage you to visit the return/replacement policy available on the respective product page.

Conditions -

Eligibility: Products become eligible for replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Size/fit issue (limited to size/fit replacement; style/color cannot be changed).

  • Delivered product is defective or damaged.


Products eligible for replacement must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, accessories, freebies, and original boxes.

Quality Checks: Replacement acceptance is based on thorough quality checks conducted either by our logistics partner during pickup or by the seller upon its delivery back to them. In the event of a quality check failure, your replacement request will be denied. If the replacement product is picked up for quality checks, upon denial, the same will be sent back to you.

Availability: Replacement options are available for products across different brands. Please note that eligibility for replacement is subject to product availability and replacement policy. To check if a selected product is eligible, visit the 'Return/Replacement Policy' section on the product page.

If the eligible replacement product is unavailable for any given reason, it cannot be replaced. In such cases, you may return the product, provided it is within the return timeline and complies with our return policy. If we are unable to fulfill the replacement, we will promptly process a return & refund for your order.

Serviceability: Each product is eligible for replacement only once and is limited to serviceable pin codes only.



Process -

If your purchase meets the specified criteria mentioned above, simply initiate a replacement request through the 'My Orders' section. Our courier partner will contact you within 2 business days to schedule the pickup of your old product.
A quality check will be conducted either during the pickup or upon delivery to the seller. Once the quality check is successfully completed, your pristine replacement will be promptly dispatched to you.
