Eligibility

  • Participation is restricted exclusively to users who have received the invite directly through official Tata CLiQ Luxury communication channels.
  • Access via forwarded, reshared or externally obtained links will not qualify for participation, rewards, or benefits.
  • Users must participate using the same registered mobile number on which the official communication was received. Entries from any other number will be deemed invalid.

Participation Rules
  • Each user is allowed only one attempt at the quiz.
  • The first attempt will be considered as the final score, and no modifications or retakes will be permitted.

Reward Structure
  • Users earn ₹500 Power Cash (per participating brand) for each correct answer.
  • An additional ₹200 Power Cash will be awarded only if all three questions are answered.
  • The maximum Power Cash that can be earned per user is ₹1,700

Game structure & Completion Timeline
  • The journey will consist of 3 questions.
  • Only users who complete all 3 questions within the valid campaign period will be considered for rewards.
  • The quiz must be completed within 20 minutes of starting to be eligible for any rewards.
  • Failure to complete the quiz within the specified time will result in automatic disqualification from reward eligibility.


Other Conditions
  • Power Cash earned under this offer is promotional and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Participation in the offer is voluntary and free. Products can bepurchased on Tata CLiQ without the requirement to participate in this offer.    
  • Participation in the offer will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the offer and participants areadvised not to participate in the Offer if such Terms & Conditions are not acceptable.    
  • TataUniStoreLimited (TUL) is not charging anything from the customer for their participation in the Offer.   
  • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisionspertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.   
  • TUL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter/change and/or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion.    
  • The customerunequivocally and irrevocably agrees that in case of any dispute, the decision of TUL will be final and binding.   
  • Whosoeverparticipating in the offer is deemed to be 18 years of age or more and is also of a sound mind.    
  • The courts at Mumbai shall haveexclusive jurisdiction for any matter or dispute relating to TUL.    
  • This offer/scheme shall be subjected to all applicable central/or state laws,rules and regulations.    
  • Any defects in goods or deficiency in services, or any claims, issues,damages or losses arising therefrom with respect to the products/services purchased by the customer is sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer/seller or the service provider.   
  • The customer agrees that TUL shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditionscontained herein. All information provided is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. TUL makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the customer(s) and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to efficacy, accuracy, timelines, and completeness for any particular purpose.   
  • The participating customers to the extent permissible in law, shall not make any claims against TUL, (including but not limited to its subsidiaries,  employees, agents , representatives, directors and/or its affiliates) arising out of or relating to any kind of losses, damages, costs or injuries of any kind incurred by the Customers in accessing or participating in the offer due to any problems caused by technical disruption and/or failure, server problems or any other difficulties.    

In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any flyers, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
