Credit Card Offer Details

10X Rewards on Electronics and Apparels!

·      Get 10 times Reward points on all spends on Electronics and apparel between 5pm to 9pm in the Promo Period.

·      Offer applicable on minimum transaction of Rs 5000 on each apparel and electronics

·      Offer valid only on Retail and Business Credit Cards

·      10x Rewards points not valid on cards which don’t have rewards points feature like Jet privilege, Valueplus Bharat, Commercial cards etc

·      Max cap of 10,000 Reward points applicable at promotion level no two offers can be combined during the offer period

·      Bonus Reward Points would be posted after 90 days of campaign end date. 1X points would be posted during transaction and additional 9X points would be posted within 90 days of campaign end date.

·      Classification of a retail transaction (Point of sale/Online) under a merchant category (Electronics / Apparel) will be defined by Visa/MasterCard or any other franchisee as applicable and the same will be used for the bonus reward points posting.

·      HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis.

·      This offer is non-encash able, not extendable and non-negotiable.

·      This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

·      HDFC Bank is not making these offers and neither warrant nor guarantees the delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of products/services availed of by the HDFC Bank Credit Card members under this offer and the member shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences therefrom.

·      Any disputes as regards delivery, quality, warranty, merchantability or suitability of products/services availed of under this offer must be strictly addressed by the HDFC Bank Credit Card members in writing to Merchant/ Brand directly and HDFC Bank will not entertain any communication in this regard.

·      HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

·      Above offers is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit Card members only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card members Agreement.

·      All disputes pertaining to Credit Cards, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

 

Debit Card Offer details

·      5% Cashback* on Shopping transactions above 5000 at Apparels & Electronics on HDFC Bank Debit cards

·      Offer is applicable for all successful transactions made between 5 PM to 9 PM for the period  of 15th October 2018 to 10th November 2018.

·      Offer is not applicable in case of any return / partial cancellations, final transaction amount to be minimum Rs. 5000/-

·      Offer is valid for both In store and Online e-commerce transactions

·      Apparel and Electronics purchases will be identified basis the merchant category codes as identified by Visa and Mastercard

·      Maximum Cashback of 750 cashback points per customer per month

·      Equivalent 5% Cashback point proceeds shall be posted to customer's Debit Card post 90 days after the end of every calendar month. Customer will need to redeem these Cashback points by logging into NetBanking or calling PhoneBanking and request for redemption of the Cashback points. Every 1 Cashback Point is equal to Re.1.

·      48 hours post request for redemption of Cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the customer primary account Linked to the Debit Card only."

·      Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional CashBack Offer, may be borne by the Debit Card holder / winner

 

General Terms and Condition

·      Offer valid for all HDFC Bank debit cards apart from JetPrivilege World debit card ,Virtual  and Netsafe cards

·      Cashback points will be posted in the Debit Card 90 days after the end of every calendar month.

·      The Cashback points needs to be redeemed by logging into NetBanking or through PhoneBanking for credit to customer primary account linked to the Debit Card.

·      For "Happy Hours offer" on Debit Card, Every 1 Cashback Point is equal to Re.1 with Maximum Cashback cap of Rs.750 per month, per customer.

·      Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall be eligible for the Cashback points. Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for the Cashback offer. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.

·      Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional Cashback Offer, may be borne by the Debit Card holder / winner.

·      Following purchases or payments shall not be considered for the promotional Cashback offer

a.              Cash on Delivery

b.              Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions.

c.              Funds transfer to another account using Debit Card.

d.              Any fraudulent transaction

·      HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by The partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with The partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.

·      HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by The partner

·      HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.

·      This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.

·      Cashback will only posted for live accounts. Customers closing their accounts before fulfilment date of cashback will not be eligible for cashback

·      The offer cannot be combined with any other offer

·      Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

·      HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

·      Valid for Indian Citizens  and residents only

·      All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

·      Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfilment date. Post such date; the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.

·      Any TAT committed with respect to posting of Reward Points/ CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.

·      In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Reward Points/ CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Reward points/ CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.
