WHY IT’S SPECIAL
The creation Hermes Jour d'Hermes Absolu Eau de Parfum was created by perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena in 2014. It's formula is quintessentially floral and feminine. I wanted to create an assertive signature that took us as close as possible to the body of a woman. You can see her shoulders, her neck you can touch her and breathe in her scent. A responsible gesture, integral to an object created to last. An essential tool for the artisan's work, light is the primary material at Hermes. It energises objects and brings them to life, while revealing the beauty of the world.
