Kitchen Scissors (Short)

This pair of scissors from Kai is great for small or delicate jobs in the kitchen. The mushroom roots, broccoli florets, meat and snipping fresh herbs can be separated by using the stripper system applied between the two blades near the handle. These scissors and their blades can be easily cared for by pulling apart for cleaning and sharpening. Hand wash only, as dishwashers can be hard on your knives and scissors.
