Brand Cash – Frequently Asked Questions 

1. What is Brand Cash? 

Brand Cash is a cash balance issued to you for a specific brand. You can use it as a payment method while shopping for that brand’s products on Tata CLiQ — just like a brand-specific gift card. 

2. How do I receive Brand Cash? 

Brand Cash is issued directly to users as part of promotional programs by CLiQ & the brand. If you're eligible, the balance is auto-added to your Tata CLiQ account — no action is needed from you. 

3. Where can I use Brand Cash? 

Brand Cash can only be used on products from the issuing brand. For example, if you've received ₹100 Brand Cash from Puma, it can only be used to buy Puma products. 

4. Where can I see my Brand Cash balance? 

You can check your available Brand Cash under My Account > Brand Cash. It will show the brand, amount and expiry date. 

5. How do I use Brand Cash on an order? 

When you add eligible products from the issuing brand to your cart and meet the minimum spend requirement, Brand Cash is auto-applied as a payment method on the cart page. You can also toggle it off if you wish to save it for later. 

6. Is there a minimum purchase required to use Brand Cash? 

Yes. You must spend at least ₹1 more than the Brand Cash amount. For example, if your Brand Cash is ₹99, your order value for that brand must be ₹100 or more or as specified in the program construct. 

7. Can I use Brand Cash with other payment methods or coupons? 

Yes. Brand Cash can be combined with other payment modes such as credit/debit cards, UPI, CLiQ Cash, NeuCoins, and valid coupons if thresholds are met. 

8. Can I choose when to use Brand Cash? 

Yes. On the cart page, there is a toggle to apply or remove Brand Cash. If you remove it, the balance remains in your account until it expires. 

9. Is Brand Cash refundable if I cancel or return an order? 

Yes, if you cancel or return an order, the Brand Cash used will be refunded to your account, provided it hasn’t expired. 

10. Can I use Brand Cash multiple times? 

Brand Cash is intended for one-time use per program. However, if your order is cancelled or returned, the unused Brand Cash will be refunded back to your account (before expiry) and can be used again for a new eligible order. Brand Cash will be automatically refunded if order is cancelled or returned, and the refund is initiated before the Brand Cash expires. 

11. Does Brand Cash expire? 

Yes. Brand Cash comes with a defined expiry date. Please check your Brand Cash section in My Account for the expiry timeline and use it before it lapses. 

12. Why isn’t my Brand Cash applying at checkout? 

Please check: 

• If your cart contains products from the issuing brand 

• If the cart value meets the minimum spend requirement
