Terms and Conditions for TUL Fragrances: Valentines Day: Next Day Delivery (‘Program’)
Program Date: [7th February 2025 to 14th February 2025]
Welcome to Tata CLiQ’s Next Day Delivery Program for Fragrances organized, conducted and brought to you by Tata UniStore Limited (“TUL/We/Company”). By participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions mentioned herein below. Customer’s participating in this Program acknowledge and agree that they shall not imply or construe any term or condition unless the same is explicitly mentioned by the Company.
1. Eligibility
1.1 This program is available for orders placed on Tata CLiQ Fashion and Tata CLiQ Luxury, accessible through its official website /mobile application / tablet application.
1.2 This program is available for orders placed for delivery within [Mumbai Region, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru].
1.3 Customers must place their order before 1:00 pm on each Program Date to qualify for next-day delivery.
1.4 Only fragrances marked as eligible for next-day delivery on our website are included in this program (‘Product’).
1.5 This program is applicable only for the products sold by Tata UniStore Limited and Primespot Retail Private Limited.
2. Delivery Schedule
Orders placed after the cut-off time or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Order Processing
Incomplete address or customer details will disqualify the Customer’s order from the next-day delivery program.
4. Delivery Exceptions
4.1 We shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by/due to:
Force majeure events, including but not limited weather disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, lock outs etc.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address.
Regions which are expressly excluded from Next Day Delivery as shown while entering/selecting the Pincode for the delivery of the product.
Products sold by Sellers other than Tata UniStore Limited and Primespot Retail Private Limited.
4.2 If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons stated in Section 4.1 above, we will make 3 additional attempts or contact the customer to reschedule the delivery, in which case we shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from the same.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 The standard return policy applies to the products purchased under the next-day delivery program.
6. Order Tracking
6.1 Customers will receive a tracking number upon dispatch of their order.
6.2 Tracking updates can be accessed through [respective customer’s Tata CliQ account.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
7.2 Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the delivery address.
8. Program Changes and Termination
8.1 We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate the next-day delivery program at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
8.2 It shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer(s) to check the Terms from time to time during the Program Date.

11.Waiver
Customers shall comply with these terms and conditions and waives any right to claim any ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata UniStore Limited and its respective affiliates, delivery partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective agents, auditors, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from this Program.
12. Jurisdiction
All disputes relating to this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai only.
