In 2022, Montblanc honors one of the most celebrated musicians of the 20th century who is widely regarded as one of the most influential electric guitarists in the history of popular music - Jimi Hendrix. Inspired by the cover of the 1968 album Electric Ladyland, the barrel of this Limited Edition 1942 features a degrad¿ lacquer held by a skeletonized overlay. The cap¿s surface symbolizes the material of an amplifier used by Hendrix and holds a lacquer badge. The yellow gold-coated clip is angled to resemble the vibrato bar of an electric guitar.
