Power Cash is a cash balance issued to you for a specific brand. You can use it as a payment method while shopping for that brand’s products on Tata CLiQ Luxury — just like a brand-specific gift card.
How do I receive Power Cash?
Power Cash is issued directly to users as part of promotional programs by CLiQ & the brand. If you're eligible, the balance is auto-added to your Tata CLiQ Luxury account — no action is needed from you.
Where can I use Power Cash?
Power Cash can only be used on products from the issuing brand. For example, if you've received ₹100 Power Cash from Adidas, it can only be used to buy Adidas products.
Where can I see my Power Cash balance?
You can check your available Power Cash under My Account > Power Cash. It will show the brand, amount and expiry date.
How do I use Power Cash on an order?
When you add eligible products from the issuing brand to your cart and meet the minimum spend requirement, Power Cash is auto-applied as a payment method on the cart page. You can also toggle it off if you wish to save it for later.
Is there a minimum purchase required to use Power Cash?
Yes. You must spend at least ₹1 more than the Power Cash amount. For example, if your Power Cash is ₹99, your order value for that brand must be ₹100 or more or as specified in the program construct.
Can I use Power Cash with other payment methods or coupons?
Yes. Power Cash can be combined with other payment modes such as credit/debit cards, UPI, CLiQ Cash, NeuCoins, and valid coupons if thresholds are met.
Can I choose when to use Power Cash?
Yes. On the cart page, there is a toggle to apply or remove Power Cash. If you remove it, the balance remains in your account until it expires.
Is Power Cash refundable if I cancel or return an order?
Yes, if you cancel or return an order, the Power Cash used will be refunded to your account, provided it hasn’t expired.
Can I use Power Cash multiple times?
Power Cash is intended for one-time use per program. However, if your order is cancelled or returned, the unused Power Cash will be refunded back to your account (before expiry) and can be used again for a new eligible order. Power Cash will be automatically refunded if order is cancelled or returned, and the refund is initiated before the Power Cash expires.
Does Power Cash expire?
Yes. Power Cash comes with a defined expiry date. Please check your Power Cash section in My Account for the expiry timeline and use it before it lapses.
