1.What does the TATA CLiQ Luxury Referral Program entail?
Elevate your family & friend circle's shopping experience through the TATA CLiQ Luxury Referral Program. With every successful referral, relish the twin joys of rewards, and you can earn up to ₹1000 through this initiative.

2.How does the program work?
Once your friend downloads the TATA CLiQ Luxury app using your referral link & registers on the app, they get a coupon worth ₹150 flat discount (applicable on a minimum purchase of ₹1000). Once your friend places an order, you receive a coupon worth ₹200 flat discount (applicable on a minimum purchase of ₹1000) when the return period for your friend's first order is over.

3.On which platform is the program valid?

This program is valid only on Tata CLiQ Luxury app

4.How can I invite my friends?

Share your link with your friends via WhatsApp, Social Media, SMS etc to invite them. You can find your referral link on the ‘Refer Friends and Earn’ tab in the MyAccount section.

5.What is the maximum amount that can be earned through this program? 

You are eligible for ₹1000 CLiQ Cash each for first 5 referrals. The maximum amount of CLiQ Cash you earn through this program is ₹5000. However, these limits are subjected to change and solely depend on the discretion of TATA CLiQ Luxury.

6.What is the validity of this Referral Bonus?

The coupon code for your friend (referee) is valid for 7 days from their date of registration. Your CLiQ Cash will be valid for 30 days from the day it is credited to you.

7.Where to find the Referral Bonus?

You (the referrer) can find the credited amount in the CLiQ Cash section in My Account tab. Your friend (the referee) can find earned coupons in the “Refer & Earn” and “Coupons & Alerts” tab in the MyAccount section.

8.How to use the Referral Bonus?

Your friend (referee) can use the coupon code earned from this program while placing the order. They can click on “Check for coupons” and use the coupon code provided before checking out. You (the referrer) need to apply CLiQ Cash option at the checkout page while finalising the payment.

9.Can I transfer the coupon amount to my bank account?

Points earned via referral program cannot be transferred to your bank account. It can be used only on TATA CLiQ Luxury app.

10.What if my friend has returned/cancelled their order?

You will not be eligible for the referral amount benefit for this order, since the order is not delivered successfully. However you can refer more friends and earn more referral benefit.
