TERMS OF CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND 
Reasons for return: 
Return policy helps you to differentiate between a non-returnable and a returnable item(s) with great ease.
In case of returnable products, you can directly request a return on App, Website or M-site if the delivered product is wrong / defective or damaged. Please get in touch with us via call on 022-68078282 seven days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or you can also reach us using the Help Center.
Conditions for return: 
In order to return any product sold through the Tata CLiQ Luxury website / app / m-site, the customer is required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz.:  
  1. Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, accessories, freebies and original boxes defined as essentials.
  2. Any product returned without essentials will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. If the same is validated by the logistics partner at your doorstep and if the essentials are missing, he will refuse to pick up the product as these are mandatory details to be shipped along with the product. Tata CLiQ Luxury reserves the right to refuse any such returns in the absence of an incomplete product handed over during the return journey.
  3. The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit. 
  4. The returned products are subject to verification and quality checks by the sellers selling on Tata CLiQ Luxury in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint or return.  
  5. The return has to be in compliance with this Tata CLiQ Luxury Returns Policy, the return policy of the seller or the manufacturer of the product where applicable is made available on the Product page.  
Non-returnable products: 
In the event that a damaged/defective product is received, or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, or if the package delivered is missing one or more products or accessories, TATA CLiQ Luxury should be notified within 3 days of delivery date of the package. Any claims will not be accepted after 3 days from delivery date.

Not all products are eligible for return. Some of the products that cannot be returned are: 
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies and swimsuits. 
  • Perfumes, personal and beauty care. 
  • Products that have been used or installed. 
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers. 
  • Personalised or engraved products or resized products.    
  • Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually. 
  • Any other product depending upon the Return Policy in force.

Non-Returnable
  • In case of Made-to-Order piece which is individually crafted the brand does not offer returns on it. 
  • In the unlikely event that the merchandise you ordered is not received in good condition or is damaged/defective, you may return the merchandise unused in its original packaging along with original tags. You can also visit "Help Center" section in "My account" tab for such requests.
  • Made-to-Order pieces are artisanal and crafted using traditional techniques individually. Hence, it may take longer duration than regular products. 
Returnable Brands
  • Products can generally be returned within 7-10 days, provided it is in intact condition & packaging as delivered. However, please see the product page for the most updated information on product return timelines. 
  • An order, once placed, can be cancelled until the seller processes it. 
 
Return Window 
If you do not inform Tata CLiQ Luxury of the receipt of  
  1. A damaged or defective product. 
  2. The product is not as per specifications of your order.  
  3. The package delivered is missing one or more products or accessories as per the returns policy and procedure.
Tata CLiQ Luxury or the seller will not be obliged to accept the returned product or be liable in this regard. In the event such a product is sent to the seller, the product will be returned to the customer. Tata CLiQ Luxury or the seller will not be responsible if the product is not accepted, and no refund has been issued. 
Returns of damaged, defective, or other products eligible for return are accepted as under:
In the event you wish to return a product which is eligible for returns as per the Returns Policy, you should get in touch with the Tata CLiQ Luxury Customer Care team through call on 022-68078282 seven days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or you can also reach us using the Help Center.
 
  • Upon receiving your return request, Tata CLiQ Luxury Customer Care shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. You may be requested to provide the supporting images or videos for verification. If the request appears to be acceptable under the Returns Policy, Tata CLiQ Luxury will highlight the case to the seller and will ask the seller to process a refund upon the receipt of the product and quality check performed by the seller.
  • It will take a minimum of 4-6 business days to process your request for return of products. 
  • Tata CLiQ Luxury or the seller may arrange for a pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider. You will receive an email or SMS notification on your registered email address or mobile number.  
You expressly acknowledge that the seller is solely responsible for the damaged or defective product or a product that does not meet the specifications of your original order or delayed delivery of the order or delivery of the package with one or more products or accessories missing and for any claims that you may have in relation to such products and Tata CLiQ Luxury shall not in any manner be held liable for the same. In the event of dispute, Tata CLiQ Luxury will coordinate with you and the seller to reach an amicable solution. Tata CLiQ Luxury is only a facilitating link and an Intermediary as per definition under Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules framed thereunder, between you and the seller and Tata CLiQ Luxury will not be liable in any manner.  
Cancellation of return request: 
A request for return once made can be cancelled from “My Orders” section in the App/Website or by contacting Tata CLiQ Luxury Customer Care.

Here's how to cancel your return request:
  • You can view your orders under "My Orders" section in your account.
  • Select the product you wish to keep.
  • Post selecting the product simply click "cancel return" and share your reason for cancellation.
In case the Logistics Service provider arrives to receive the shipment and you wish to cancel the request, you may choose to inform the logistics service provider that you do not wish to return the product. You will receive an email or SMS notification at the email address or mobile number provided to Tata CLiQ Luxury cancelling Your return request. 
Refusal of return request:
Tata CLiQ Luxury reserves the right to refuse or cancel any return request. If the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy, you will not be refunded the amount paid for the product and will not be able to raise a second request for return for the same product. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Tata CLiQ Luxury and accept Tata CLiQ Luxury’s decision regarding the refusal or cancellation and further agree not hold Tata CLiQ Luxury liable for any refusal or cancellation. 
Frivolous and Fraudulent complaints: 
In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products or fraudulent return of a different or counterfeit product, Tata CLiQ Luxury reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Tata CLiQ Luxury in this regard. 
Return Shipping Process:

Damaged Product: In case of damage claims, Tata CLiQ Luxury may ask for pictures of the damaged product before it is approved or allowed for return. 

Returns managed by Tata CLiQ Luxury:

For return shipping managed by Tata CLiQ Luxury, you will need to hand over the product to the assigned logistics service provider at the time of pick-up. In the event the logistics service provider makes attempts to pick-up the product and you are unavailable or not ready to handover the product, Tata CLiQ Luxury or logistics service provider will not be held responsible for the delay in pick-up or processing of the quality check by the seller and hence the refund. A maximum of 3 attempts will be made by the logistics service provider to pick-up the product to be returned. 
Return of Incorrect product:
Tata CLiQ Luxury will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In the event where a product not belonging to the seller selling on Tata CLiQ Luxury is returned by mistake, Tata CLiQ Luxury is not accountable for such misplacement and is not responsible for its delivery back to you or any costs incurred by you or any refund. 
Discrepancy between you and our logistics service provider:
In case of any discrepancy in the status of pick-up of a product arranged by Tata CLiQ Luxury, (where you claim the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if you successfully furnish the courier slip given by the TATA CLiQ Luxury assigned logistics service provider at the time of the pick-up. 
In case where a seller or designated return location claims that the product received from you is different or the return of the product is not in compliance with the Returns Policy, the product will be dispatched back to your shipping address, and you are required to receive and accept the package. In the event of dispute, Tata CLiQ Luxury will coordinate with you and the seller to reach an amicable solution. Tata CLiQ Luxury is only a facilitating link between you and the seller and will not be liable in any manner. 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of an order can be either by Tata CLiQ Luxury or by you. 

Cancellation by us:
Tata CLiQ Luxury has the discretion to cancel an order. Some of the reasons for cancellation are as under (not being exhaustive list of reasons): 
  • Failure to comply with any of these Terms. 
  • Product is unavailable with the seller. 
  • Technical errors or issues. 
  • Problems identified by Tata CLiQ Luxury's credit and fraud avoidance department. 
  • Invalid address is given in order details. 
  • Malpractice is used to place the order. 
  • Bulk order is placed for commercial resale. 
  • Multiple orders are placed for same product at the same address. 
  • Order is undelivered after 3 attempts. 
  • EMI offer is rejected by the bank. 
  • Failure to collect the order from partner store within stipulated time. 
Tata CLiQ Luxury reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. On such cancellation you will be sent a notification email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to Tata CLiQ Luxury.   
Cancellation by You: 
You may cancel an order for any reason, although cancellation by you must be done before the product has been shipped for delivery to you. No cancellation is permitted subsequently. 
You can cancel an order, or part of an order where multiple products have been ordered. This can be done either by calling or emailing Customer Care Team or from “My Orders” sections on the Website / App. You should state the reason for such cancellation. Tata CLiQ Luxury will process the request for cancellation as per the policy in force. 
If an order has been successfully cancelled, you will be sent a confirmation email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to Tata CLiQ Luxury. 
Tata CLiQ Luxury reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold Tata CLiQ Luxury liable for any rejection of order cancellations. 
You will receive a refund for your cancelled orders that have been accepted in accordance with the Refund Policy. 

Refund Policy  

Refunds
  • Refunds are provided for cancellation/return of products, subject to the eligible cancellation/ return as per Return Policy or these terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the Return or Cancellation Policy.
  • You will be refunded the product cost excluding the shipping charges (as applicable), if any.
  • If the order is cancelled before its shipped or lost in transit a complete refund inclusive of Shipping fee will be processed for prepaid orders. However, for orders cancelled after shipping, undelivered for any reason, only the product amount will be refunded.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, shipping fee for the order will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behaviour violates our fair usage policy, Shipping fee will be non-refundable irrespective of order value.
  • Please note, Tata CLiQ Luxury initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached the seller and quality check is successful (Either from Seller or at Doorstep). Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to Tata CLiQ Luxury/ Seller.
  • If any refund is received by you pending the quality checks, you will hold such amounts in trust on behalf of Tata CLiQ Luxury until conclusion of such quality checks unless claimed by Tata CLiQ Luxury any time before that. If any amounts are wrongly paid or refunded to you, you will transfer such amounts back to Tata CLiQ Luxury within 3 days of your receipt.
  • No refund due to non-deliverability will be applicable to orders placed with cash on delivery options. Refund of cash on delivery orders returned by you may subject to levy of a charge which will be deducted from your refund amount. 
  • Any payment gateway charges suffered by Tata CLiQ Luxury due to cancellation of fraudulent orders may be recovered by Tata CLiQ Luxury before making a refund. 
Time period for refunds: 

Following the refund being initiated by Tata CLiQ Luxury in accordance with the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timeframes:
  • Electronic Gift Voucher and Neu Coins: Instant.
  • Online Refund: 3 to 6 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
In case of some public sector banks, it could take up to 8–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your source account.
Interest charged by the bank providing the EMI Scheme till the time the request for return or cancellation is raised will not be refunded. Tala CLiQ Luxury is not responsible for any errors or delays in refund due to banks or third-party service provider errors or delays.

Mode of refund: 

The mode of refund of payments cannot be changed at any stage as the refund amount is transferred to your source account. Refunds are paid back to the source of payment. 

If a refund for a payment method other than cash on delivery fails to be processed back to the source, we will issue an instant refund link that must be redeemed by you in order to receive an instant refund.
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts, i.e., the name on your Tata CLiQ Luxury account should match with the name of the bank account holder provided for refund via NEFT. A refund initiation confirmation by Email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to Tata CLiQ Luxury will be sent to You.
