1. Why will it take more than a week for my order of fine jewellery to reach me?
Many products in this category are made only after an order is placed. The average time taken to make and certify the jewellery takes around 7-30 working days. That’s why the delivery times you see are in the range of 30 working days.
2. How safe is my product while in transit?
Your jewellery will be shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing to ensure that your purchase remains intact. It will also be locked with a seal. Your jewellery is also fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with the best delivery partners, please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

3. How can I track my order status?
Your order status can be checked on our delivery partner's website by using the AWB number shared with you. Alternatively, you can also call up Tata CLiQ Care to know the status.

Is EMI available for jewellery purchases?
Currently EMI is not available for Jewellery.
Important Information
What could cause a slight variation in appearance and weight between the final product and the one displayed?
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, artisanal craftsmanship and design detailing, minor variations in appearance and weight may occur as compared to the displayed product.
Do we need PAN card for orders?
For purchase above Rs. 2 lakhs, PAN card Number must be provided. Failure to provide the same shall result in cancellation of the order.
For all domestic shipments, if the order value exceeds Rs 2 lakhs, the customer will need to share the PAN card with our teams.
The billing name is supposed to be the same as the PAN card.
