Tata CLiQ Luxury - Secret Santa Offer – Terms & Conditions 
Offer Validity: 21 December 2025 to 25 December 2025 (both days inclusive) 
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Secret Santa promotional offer (“Offer”) made available by Tata Unistore Limited (“Tata CLiQ”) exclusively on the Tata CLiQ Luxury platform (“Tata CLiQ Luxury”). By participating in this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs. 
Definitions 
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions: 
  • “GWP” means Gift With Purchase. 
  • “Power Cash” means brand specific promotional credits issued by Tata CLiQ. 
  • “MOV” means Minimum Order Value required to qualify for the Offer. 
  • “Participating Brand” means any brand that has opted into the Secret Santa Offer. 
  • “Customer” means an individual with a valid Tata CLiQ account who participates in the Offer on the Tata CLiQ Luxury platform. 
  1. How to Claim the Offer 
  1. Eligible customers will receive automated Gift With Purchase (GWP) benefits and/or Power Cash rewards, as applicable to the participating brand. 
  1. Add products worth ₹ [Minimum Order Value, if applicable] from eligible brands/categories to your cart. 
  1. Complete the payment for your order. 
  1. Gift With Purchase (GWP) 
  1. Overview 
A Gift with Purchase (“GWP”) is a complimentary promotional item offered on the purchase of eligible products from participating brands/categories during the Offer Period.  
            2.2 BrandSpecific Structures 
Participating brands shall follow the applicable GWP structure as detailed in Clause 11: BrandWise Gift With Purchase (GWP) Details
2.3 Additional GWP Conditions 
  • GWP is available only while stocks last
  • Tata CLiQ reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or higher value without prior notice. 
  • If an order is cancelled (fully or partially), the GWP must be returned in unused condition. 
  • If the GWP is not returned, Tata CLiQ may deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount. 
  • GWP cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash or store credit. 
  1. Power Cash Reward 
  3.1 Overview 
Power Cash is a brandspecific promotional reward credited to the customer’s Tata CLiQ account upon successful completion of the qualifying purchase. For detailed brandwise Power Cash structures, please refer to Clause 12 – Annexure B: BrandWise Power Cash Details
3.2 Eligibility & Credit 
  • Power Cash is credited only after the return window for the qualifying order has closed
  • Power Cash is applicable only on the first successful purchase of the participating brand during the Offer Period. 
  • Power Cash validity: 1 month from the date it is credited to the customer’s account. 
  • No Minimum Order Value (MOV) is required to redeem Power Cash. 
  • Power Cash can be redeemed only on subsequent purchases of the same brand
4. General Terms & Conditions 
  1. This Offer is valid only on Tata CLiQ website, mobile site, and mobile application. 
  1. The Offer is applicable only on products sold by participating brands/sellers. 
  1. Tata CLiQ reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice. 
  1. In case of any fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the Offer, Tata CLiQ reserves the right to disqualify the customer and revoke benefits. 
  1. All standard Tata CLiQ terms of use, return policy, and privacy policy apply. 
  1. The decision of Tata CLiQ regarding Offer eligibility, interpretation of T&Cs, and dispute resolution shall be final and binding. 
  1. This Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion, unless explicitly permitted. 
  1. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. 
  1. Any taxes, duties, or levies arising out of the Offer shall be borne by the customer, wherever applicable. 
  1. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India. 
  1. Tata CLiQ reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any transaction, customer identity, or eligibility claim. In case of suspected fraud, misuse, or manipulation of the Offer, Tata CLiQ may withhold, cancel, or reverse Offer benefits without prior notice. 
  1. Tata CLiQ shall not be liable for any commitments, representations, or warranties made directly by participating brands, including but not limited to GWP quality, warranty, packaging, or Power Cash values defined by the brand. 
  1.  Operational Disclaimers (Logistics, Returns & Partial Cancellations) 
5.1 Logistics & Delivery 
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, festive season load, or any unforeseen logistical constraints. 
  • Tata CLiQ shall not be liable for delays caused due to force majeure events, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions. 
  • In case the GWP item is shipped separately from the main order, delivery timelines may differ. Customers will be notified through their registered email/SMS where applicable. 
5.2 Returns & Refunds 
  • Standard Tata CLiQ return and refund policies apply to all purchases made under this Offer. 
  • If a customer initiates a return (full or partial) for an order that included a GWP: 
  • The GWP must be returned in unused, original condition along with the returned product(s). 
  • If the GWP is not returned, Tata CLiQ reserves the right to deduct the value of the GWP from the refund amount. 
  • If the qualifying order is returned or cancelled, any associated Power Cash benefit will be revoked or reversed. 
5.3 Partial Cancellations 
  • If a customer cancels part of an order and the remaining order value falls below the required Minimum Order Value (MOV), the GWP eligibility will be void. 
  • In such cases: 
  • The GWP must be returned, OR 
  • Tata CLiQ may deduct the value of the GWP from the refund amount. 
  • For orders eligible for Power Cash, partial cancellations may affect eligibility. Power Cash will be credited only if the final order meets the qualifying criteria after cancellations. 
 5.4 Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin) 
  • If an order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the Offer benefits (GWP/Power Cash) will stand cancelled. 
  • Redelivery attempts will follow Tata CLiQ’s standard logistics policy. 
6.  Data Protection & Privacy 
6.1 Data Usage 
  • By participating in this Offer, customers consent to Tata CLiQ processing their personal data for the purpose of administering the Offer, including order verification, benefit allocation (GWP/Power Cash), and customer communication. 
  • Tata CLiQ may use customer data to: 
  • Validate eligibility 
  • Process transactions 
  • Credit Power Cash 
  • Communicate Offerrelated updates 
  • Prevent fraudulent or abusive activity 
6.2 Data Sharing 
  • Customer data may be shared with: 
  • Participating brands 
  • Logistics partners 
  • Payment service providers 
  • Other thirdparty service providers engaged for Offer fulfilment 
  • Such sharing will occur strictly on a needtoknow basis and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 
6.3 Data Security 
  • Tata CLiQ implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard customer data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 
  • However, Tata CLiQ shall not be liable for breaches arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 
6.4 Data Retention 
  • Customer data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the Offer obligations, comply with legal requirements, or resolve disputes. 
6.5 Privacy Policy 
  • All personal data collected under this Offer will be governed by Tata CLiQ’s Privacy Policy. Customers are encouraged to review the policy available on the Tata CLiQ platform. 
7. Indemnity 
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tata UniStore Limited (Tata CLiQ), its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: 
  • Your misuse of the Offer or platform 
  • Any breach of these Terms & Conditions 
  • Any fraudulent or unlawful activity conducted using your Tata CLiQ account 
  • Any violation of applicable laws or thirdparty rights 
This indemnity obligation will survive the expiry or termination of the Offer. 
8. Limitation of Liability 
To the maximum extent permitted by law: 
  1. Tata CLiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Offer. 
  1. Tata CLiQ’s total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of the GWP or Power Cash benefit associated with the customer’s qualifying transaction. 
  1. Tata CLiQ shall not be responsible for: 
  • Delays or failures in delivery due to logistics constraints 
  • Stock unavailability of GWP items 
  • Technical issues, system errors, or network failures 
  • Incorrect promo code application by the customer 
  1. All benefits under this Offer are provided on an “asis” and “asavailable” basis without warranties of any kind. 
9. BrandSpecific Fulfilment –Disclaimers 
  1. BrandManaged Inventory & Fulfilment 
  • Certain GWP items, promotional bundles, or Power Cash benefits may be fulfilled directly by the participating brand or its authorised seller. 
  • Tata CLiQ acts solely as an online marketplace and is not responsible for brandmanaged fulfilment, packaging quality, or dispatch timelines. 
  1. Variation in Brand Policies 
  • Each participating brand may have its own internal policies regarding GWP allocation, stock availability, packaging, and fulfilment. 
  • Tata CLiQ shall not be liable for any variation, delay, or deviation arising from brandspecific operational processes. 
  1. Stock Availability & Substitution Rights 
  • GWP items are subject to availability as declared by the respective brand. 
  • Brands reserve the right to substitute the GWP with an item of equal or higher value without prior notice. 
  • Tata CLiQ shall not be responsible for any such substitutions or changes made by the brand. 
  1. BrandLevel Errors or Omissions 
  • Tata CLiQ shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in brandprovided information, including GWP details, MOV requirements, or Power Cash values. 
  • Any disputes arising from brandspecific fulfilment will be addressed in coordination with the brand, and Tata CLiQ’s decision shall remain final. 
  1. Delayed or Split Deliveries 
  • Brands may ship GWP items separately from the main order. Delivery timelines may differ. 
  • Tata CLiQ shall not be held responsible for delays caused by brandside logistics or thirdparty courier partners engaged by the brand. 
  1. Quality & Warranty of GWP Items 
  • GWP items are promotional in nature and may not carry warranties unless explicitly provided by the brand. 
  • Tata CLiQ does not guarantee the quality, durability, or performance of GWP items supplied by brands. 
  1. BrandSpecific Return Dependencies 
  • In cases where the brand mandates return of the GWP along with the main product, Tata CLiQ will follow the brand’s requirement. 
  • Failure to return the GWP may result in deduction of its value from the refund, as per brand instructions. 
  1. BrandDriven Power Cash Eligibility 
  • Power Cash amounts, MOV thresholds, and redemption rules are defined by the participating brand. 
  • Tata CLiQ shall not be liable for any changes, withdrawal, or modification of Power Cash benefits initiated by the brand. 
  1. Force Majeure & BrandSide Constraints 
  • Tata CLiQ shall not be responsible for delays or nonfulfilment caused by brandside operational issues, including but not limited to: 
  • Manufacturing delays 
  • Inventory shortages 
  • Supply chain disruptions 
  • Brandspecific system outages 
  • Holiday season constraints 
  1. Final Decision Authority 
  • In case of any conflict between brandprovided information and Tata CLiQ platform information, Tata CLiQ’s interpretation and decision shall prevail. 
  • Tata CLiQ reserves the right to deny or revoke Offer benefits if brandside fulfilment issues make it impossible to honour the promotion.
