Metal Diya - Set of 2 Nickel

Taamaa¿s Diya is a contemporary translation of the traditional Indian terracotta diya, expressing simplicity in its form and function. A cast soft form is finished in copper, brass and nickel reflecting symbolic metals used in rituals and traditions across cultures. A smooth finish is punctured with two circular indents to allow for easy handling with double walling to reduce heat emittance. A cork wick dipped in vegetable oils, lights up a circular depression, creating a soft glow. A decorative addition to table d¿cor, festive or ritual lighting.
