Chestnut Coveture Chocolate Bar

This tablet is a true labour of love. The chocolate is infused with a very special chestnut black tea for over 48 hours and then serve it with bits of the same toasted tea as crunchy bitter flakes that provide both textural and flavour contrast to the sweet milk chocolate. Finally, the tablet is dotted with caramelized organic chestnut chips and coarse sea salt to bring to it a sense of balance that is central to the work at Ether.
