Imayou Gyuto Cooking Knife - Blade 180 mm

This cooking knife from Kai is designed using Japanese Imayo Chef design for linear cuts. It is curved along the whole cutting edge for more precision cuts. The knife features an ergonomic handle that allows sturdy grip and is also highly durable and resistant to abrasion for a long time. The knife's blade and the handle are attached with bolsters that allow a counter balance which provides strength and durability for a better balance and improves control over the knife.
