- Earn 2% of your total Paid Amount as CLiQPerks, credited directly to your wallet.
- 1 CLiQPerk is equivalent to 1 rupee.
- CLiQPerks will be loaded into the wallet subject to conclusion of the return window of the product purchased by the customer.
- Credited CLiQPerk, if not used, will expire within 1 year.
- The offer is valid on Tata CLiQ Luxury on mobile and web platform only.
- Each customer can avail of the offer only once and in a single purchase during the offer period.
- Each customer is eligible for only one cash back scheme at a time.
- In the event of a return or cancellation of products purchased by the customer as part the qualifying order during the offer period, the refund amount will be the final amount paid by the customer for purchase of such products and no CLiQPerk will be credited or alternatively CLiQPerk amount, if any already credited to the wallet of the customer will be forfeited.

- Participation in the offer is voluntary and free. Products can be purchased on Tata CLiQ Luxury without the requirement to participate in this offer.
- Participation in the offer will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the offer and participants are advised not to participate in the Offer if such Terms & Conditions are not acceptable.
- Tata Unistore Limited (TUL) is not charging anything from the customer for their participation in the Offer.
- This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
- TUL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter/change and/or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion.
- The customer unequivocally and irrevocably agrees that in case of any dispute, the decision of TUL will be final and binding.
Whosoever participating in the offer is deemed to be 18 years of age or more and is also of a sound mind. - The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matter or dispute relating to TUL.

- Any defects in goods or deficiency in services, or any claims, issues, damages or losses arising therefrom with respect to the products/services purchased by the customer is sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer/seller or the service provider.
The customer agrees that TUL shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. TUL makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the customer(s) and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to efficacy, accuracy, timelines, and completeness for any particular purpose. - The participating customers to the extent permissible in law, shall not make any claims against TUL, (including but not limited to its subsidiaries, employees, agents , representatives, directors and/or its affiliates) arising out of or relating to any kind of losses, damages, costs or injuries of any kind incurred by the Customers in accessing or participating in the offer due to any problems caused by technical disruption and/or failure, server problems or any other difficulties.
In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any flyers, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
